About 200 Vintage Page Corner Borders SVG
Most of what turns up under background needs work before it is usable. 200 Vintage Page Corner Borders SVG is the version that does not. The designer behind it is shahtech50. No reviews either way, so the preview is doing all the work on this one. The save count is still small at 2, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus.
If you want one use for it, take boarder: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. Botanical and animal work is judged at the edges, so zoom in and see whether the leaves and the fur are drawn or blurred. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether background was the description or the aspiration.
Search for border, calligraphic, clipart and corner and this is the file those words land on; they are all the same file, filed under whichever phrase you happened to type. It is shelved with the rest of the botanical and animal illustrations, and that is the quickest way to see what else sits in the same register before you settle on this one. The searches that bring people to this shelf are watercolor paintings, animal drawings, bird drawing, hibiscus flower drawing and flower drawings — this one sits in the middle of that group rather than off to the side of it. The neighbouring searches are floral, botanical, flower, leaf and plant — worth a look if this particular file is close but not quite it.

How to use this file
- Download the set from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — brush sets arrive as .brushset for Procreate or .abr for Photoshop.
- Open the brush file on the iPad and it installs itself into a new set; in Photoshop, drag the .abr onto the canvas.
- Try every brush once on a scrap canvas and delete the ones you will not use — a bloated brush list slows you down more than it helps.
- Keep reference sheets at full size in a separate folder: downscaled references hide exactly the detail you needed them for.
