About Muscle Cars Part 3

Muscle Cars Part 3 earned its place here for one reason: it is a straight answer to classic cars, and straight answers are rarer in this file catalogue than you would think. 5.0 out of 5 from 2 reviews — a small sample, but it is the sample there is. The save count sits at 230, and a number that size usually means the file does what its preview promises. CrittersHub made it.

Botanical and animal work is judged at the edges, so zoom in and see whether the leaves and the fur are drawn or blurred. Put it to work on clipart first. If it survives that, it will survive whatever you had in mind next. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether classic cars was the description or the aspiration.

The words on the listing are car and cars, and they are worth reading as a description rather than as tags. You will find it among the botanical and animal illustrations, sorted next to everything that does roughly the same job. Put next to the usual requests here — watercolor paintings, animal drawings, bird drawing, hibiscus flower drawing and flower drawings — this one covers the plain version of the job, which is the version people need most often. The neighbouring searches are floral, botanical, flower, leaf and plant — worth a look if this particular file is close but not quite it.

How to use this file

  1. Download the set from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — brush sets arrive as .brushset for Procreate or .abr for Photoshop.
  2. Open the brush file on the iPad and it installs itself into a new set; in Photoshop, drag the .abr onto the canvas.
  3. Try every brush once on a scrap canvas and delete the ones you will not use — a bloated brush list slows you down more than it helps.
  4. Keep reference sheets at full size in a separate folder: downscaled references hide exactly the detail you needed them for.
