About Retro Arcade Machine Watercolor
Ask for clipart and you get a hundred near-misses; Retro Arcade Machine Watercolor is one of the few that answers the question as asked. The save count is still small at 54, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence. Credit goes to SugarPlum.
Put it to work on arcade machine first. If it survives that, it will survive whatever you had in mind next. Check the background: an illustration sold as a PNG with a soft halo will show that halo on every coloured page you place it on. One thing we always do and you should too: open the preview full size. A thumbnail hides exactly the detail that decides whether clipart is really what you are getting.
Filed as arcade, retro, retro arcade machine watercolor and sublimation. Tags are a rough instrument, but a consistent set like that usually means the file is what it claims. The same shelf also answers to floral, botanical, flower, leaf and plant, so widen the search there before giving up on it. We keep it under Botanical and Animal Illustrations, which is where to look if you want the rest of the botanical and animal illustrations we have gone through. What this shelf gets asked for is watercolor paintings, animal drawings, bird drawing, hibiscus flower drawing and flower drawings. That list is why these files are here and not some prettier ones.

How to use this file
- Download the set from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — brush sets arrive as .brushset for Procreate or .abr for Photoshop.
- Open the brush file on the iPad and it installs itself into a new set; in Photoshop, drag the .abr onto the canvas.
- Try every brush once on a scrap canvas and delete the ones you will not use — a bloated brush list slows you down more than it helps.
- Keep reference sheets at full size in a separate folder: downscaled references hide exactly the detail you needed them for.
