About Winter Outdoors Scavenger Hunt
This is the one we reach for when the request is berries. Winter Outdoors Scavenger Hunt keeps it simple, which is why it sits here rather than in the reserve pile. 4 saves mean nobody has tested it for you. We still think it holds up. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence. Rita Bischoff Pencz made it.
We would use it the way the listing hints — bird — and that is also where we would start if you are trying it for the first time. Botanical and animal work is judged at the edges, so zoom in and see whether the leaves and the fur are drawn or blurred. The licence tab and the full-size preview are the whole of our due diligence here, and they take about a minute between them.
The listing files it under bird on a twig, cloud, coffee and cottage — those are the words it gets found by, and between them they describe the file better than any category name does. Its home here is Botanical and Animal Illustrations — open that shelf if you would rather compare a few before choosing. Put next to the usual requests here — watercolor paintings, animal drawings, bird drawing, hibiscus flower drawing and flower drawings — this one covers the plain version of the job, which is the version people need most often. If none of this quite fits, the adjacent requests are floral, botanical, flower, leaf and plant and they stay on this page.

How to use this file
- Download the set from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — brush sets arrive as .brushset for Procreate or .abr for Photoshop.
- Open the brush file on the iPad and it installs itself into a new set; in Photoshop, drag the .abr onto the canvas.
- Try every brush once on a scrap canvas and delete the ones you will not use — a bloated brush list slows you down more than it helps.
- Keep reference sheets at full size in a separate folder: downscaled references hide exactly the detail you needed them for.
