About 180 Traditional Tattoo Flash Procreate

Nothing about 180 Traditional Tattoo Flash Procreate is going to surprise you, and on this shelf that counts in its favour. DrawingStoryArt made it. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence. Only 32 people have saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's.

This is a safe default rather than a statement piece, and most jobs want the safe default. Install one brush set at a time and give it a page of scribbles before you keep it — a pack of two hundred brushes usually has six you will use. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every file on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.

Put next to the usual requests here — procreate brushes, lineart brush ibispaint, procreate tutorial and line art brush ibis paint — this one covers the plain version of the job, which is the version people need most often. It is shelved with the rest of the procreate and photoshop brushes, and that is the quickest way to see what else sits in the same register before you settle on this one. Related wording on the shelf: illustrator and pencil set. Same shelf, different phrasing, and the sort options above work across all of it.

How to use this file

  1. Download the set from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — brush sets arrive as .brushset for Procreate or .abr for Photoshop.
  2. Open the brush file on the iPad and it installs itself into a new set; in Photoshop, drag the .abr onto the canvas.
  3. Try every brush once on a scrap canvas and delete the ones you will not use — a bloated brush list slows you down more than it helps.
  4. Keep reference sheets at full size in a separate folder: downscaled references hide exactly the detail you needed them for.
