About Ghibli-Inspired Basics Procreate Brushes

Ghibli-Inspired Basics Procreate Brushes is one we kept when we last trimmed this shelf: it does its one job and does not ask for attention while doing it. 5.0 out of 5 from 1 review — a small sample, but it is the sample there is. HalieKStudio made it. The save count sits at 128, and a number that size usually means the file does what its preview promises.

It is the sort of file we keep around for the job that cannot wait for a redraw. Install one brush set at a time and give it a page of scribbles before you keep it — a pack of two hundred brushes usually has six you will use. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether procreate and photoshop brushes was the description or the aspiration.

On this site it lives on the Procreate and Photoshop Brushes shelf, so it also turns up for people browsing procreate and photoshop brushes rather than searching for it by name. The same shelf also answers to illustrator and pencil set, so widen the search there before giving up on it. Put next to the usual requests here — procreate brushes, lineart brush ibispaint, procreate tutorial and line art brush ibis paint — this one covers the plain version of the job, which is the version people need most often.

How to use this file

  1. Download the set from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — brush sets arrive as .brushset for Procreate or .abr for Photoshop.
  2. Open the brush file on the iPad and it installs itself into a new set; in Photoshop, drag the .abr onto the canvas.
  3. Try every brush once on a scrap canvas and delete the ones you will not use — a bloated brush list slows you down more than it helps.
  4. Keep reference sheets at full size in a separate folder: downscaled references hide exactly the detail you needed them for.
