About Classic Flourish SVG
Most of what turns up under border element needs work before it is usable. Classic Flourish SVG is the version that does not. With 2 saves it has barely been seen, and that is neither a good nor a bad sign on a catalogue this size. It comes from Platinum Monograms. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence.
Reference line art is for practice, so clean unbroken outlines matter; a sketchy reference teaches you somebody else's shaky hand. If you want one use for it, take calligraphy ornament: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. One thing we always do and you should too: open the preview full size. A thumbnail hides exactly the detail that decides whether border element is really what you are getting.
The words on the listing are classic embellishment, cnc cutting, cnc design and cnc router, and they are worth reading as a description rather than as tags. Nearby you will see line art, outline, sketch, drawing and portrait, which is where to go if this one is nearly right but not quite. Judged against the requests we see — drawing ideas, sketch ideas, flower drawing, drawing reference and anime drawing — this is a middle-of-the-road answer, and middle of the road is usually what the job needs. We keep it under Line Art and References, which is where to look if you want the rest of the line art and references we have gone through.

How to use this file
- Download the set from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — brush sets arrive as .brushset for Procreate or .abr for Photoshop.
- Open the brush file on the iPad and it installs itself into a new set; in Photoshop, drag the .abr onto the canvas.
- Try every brush once on a scrap canvas and delete the ones you will not use — a bloated brush list slows you down more than it helps.
- Keep reference sheets at full size in a separate folder: downscaled references hide exactly the detail you needed them for.
