About Cute Whale Coloring Page for Kids

Most of what turns up under activity needs work before it is usable. Cute Whale Coloring Page for Kids is the version that does not. The designer behind it is Forhadx5. There are no reviews on it yet, so judge it by the preview and not by a score that does not exist. It is quiet on saves so far, so take this as our opinion rather than the crowd's.

If you want one use for it, take animal: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. Reference line art is for practice, so we pick the sheets with clean, unbroken outlines; a sketchy reference teaches you somebody else's shaky hand. Before downloading, give the preview a full-size look and read the licence tab — two clicks, and they answer most of what the listing leaves unsaid.

The listing files it under aquatic, art, baby and background — those are the words it gets found by, and between them they describe the file better than any category name does. It is shelved with the rest of the line art and references, and that is the quickest way to see what else sits in the same register before you settle on this one. We track what people actually type before they land here: drawing ideas, sketch ideas, flower drawing, drawing reference and anime drawing. If that is roughly what you were after, this file is in the right family. People after this usually search line art, outline, sketch, drawing and portrait too, and the shelf is sorted so those all land in the same place.

How to use this file

  1. Download the set from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — brush sets arrive as .brushset for Procreate or .abr for Photoshop.
  2. Open the brush file on the iPad and it installs itself into a new set; in Photoshop, drag the .abr onto the canvas.
  3. Try every brush once on a scrap canvas and delete the ones you will not use — a bloated brush list slows you down more than it helps.
  4. Keep reference sheets at full size in a separate folder: downscaled references hide exactly the detail you needed them for.
