About Floral Line Border with Ribbon
What we like about Floral Line Border with Ribbon is how little it tries to be everything — it does black and white line art, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Line Art and References shelf. No reviews either way, so the preview is doing all the work on this one. DigiArtSunfly made it. 1 save means nobody has tested it for you. We still think it holds up.
We keep it filed mentally under botanical border, which is the use that needs the least adjusting afterwards. We look for a sheet with several angles of the same subject rather than one perfect pose — practice needs the awkward views too. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every file on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.
Type botanical clipart, botanical design, botanical illustration and craft project into the search above and this one comes back — the same file under four different habits of phrasing. It is shelved with the rest of the line art and references, and that is the quickest way to see what else sits in the same register before you settle on this one. People after this usually search outline, sketch, drawing, portrait and anatomy too, and the shelf is sorted so those all land in the same place. What this shelf gets asked for is drawing ideas, sketch ideas, flower drawing, drawing reference and anime drawing. That list is why these files are here and not some prettier ones.

How to use this file
- Download the set from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — brush sets arrive as .brushset for Procreate or .abr for Photoshop.
- Open the brush file on the iPad and it installs itself into a new set; in Photoshop, drag the .abr onto the canvas.
- Try every brush once on a scrap canvas and delete the ones you will not use — a bloated brush list slows you down more than it helps.
- Keep reference sheets at full size in a separate folder: downscaled references hide exactly the detail you needed them for.
