About Groceries Healthy Food Illustration

Most of what turns up under blue cheese needs work before it is usable. Groceries Healthy Food Illustration is the version that does not. With 2 saves it has barely been seen, and that is neither a good nor a bad sign on a catalogue this size. The review tab is empty. That is normal here and not a warning, but it does put the preview in charge. Credit goes to DEEMKA STUDIO.

If you want one use for it, take bread: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. We look for a sheet with several angles of the same subject rather than one perfect pose — practice needs the awkward views too. The licence tab and the full-size preview are the whole of our due diligence here, and they take about a minute between them.

The listing files it under butter, camembert, cartoon and cheese — those are the words it gets found by, and between them they describe the file better than any category name does. Put next to the usual requests here — drawing ideas, sketch ideas, flower drawing, drawing reference and anime drawing — this one covers the plain version of the job, which is the version people need most often. We filed it under Line Art and References for the obvious reason, and the shelf is small enough to read end to end. People after this usually search line art, outline, sketch, drawing and portrait too, and the shelf is sorted so those all land in the same place.

How to use this file

  1. Download the set from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — brush sets arrive as .brushset for Procreate or .abr for Photoshop.
  2. Open the brush file on the iPad and it installs itself into a new set; in Photoshop, drag the .abr onto the canvas.
  3. Try every brush once on a scrap canvas and delete the ones you will not use — a bloated brush list slows you down more than it helps.
  4. Keep reference sheets at full size in a separate folder: downscaled references hide exactly the detail you needed them for.
