About How to Draw Animals Step by Step Elephant
How to Draw Animals Step by Step Elephant is our animal drawings pick, and it is a pick rather than a default — we looked at the shelf twice before leaving it on. The save count is still small at 5, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus. The designer behind it is Step Elephant Graphic by Creative Dream. There are no reviews on it yet, so judge it by the preview and not by a score that does not exist.
The obvious job for it is animals, and obvious is right here — the file was built around that and it shows. Reference line art is for practice, so clean unbroken outlines matter; a sketchy reference teaches you somebody else's shaky hand. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every file on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.
Filed as animal, art for kids, coloring book and digital paper. Tags are a rough instrument, but a consistent set like that usually means the file is what it claims. People after this usually search line art, outline, sketch, portrait and anatomy too, and the shelf is sorted so those all land in the same place. Most of the traffic on this shelf comes in on drawing ideas, sketch ideas, flower drawing, drawing reference and anime drawing, and we picked the files on it with those requests in mind rather than by browsing prettiest-first. On this site it lives on the Line Art and References shelf, so it also turns up for people browsing line art and references rather than searching for it by name.

How to use this file
- Download the set from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — brush sets arrive as .brushset for Procreate or .abr for Photoshop.
- Open the brush file on the iPad and it installs itself into a new set; in Photoshop, drag the .abr onto the canvas.
- Try every brush once on a scrap canvas and delete the ones you will not use — a bloated brush list slows you down more than it helps.
- Keep reference sheets at full size in a separate folder: downscaled references hide exactly the detail you needed them for.
