About Children Toy Illustrations

If baby is what you came for, start here — Children Toy Illustrations is the plainest reading of that request on the Printable Illustrations shelf. Unreviewed so far — read that as untested rather than as a verdict. Credit goes to sweetmangodsn. 1 save means nobody has tested it for you. We still think it holds up.

Our own plan for it is background, because that is where this kind of file does the least arguing with you. If it is going on paper, look for the largest size the file supports — an illustration that is perfect on screen can be grainy in print. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every file on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.

The listing files it under ball, bear, block and blocks — those are the words it gets found by, and between them they describe the file better than any category name does. The neighbouring searches are clipart, clip art, printable and art — worth a look if this particular file is close but not quite it. What this shelf gets asked for is doodle art, art sketches, sketchbook art inspiration, art drawings sketches and line art. That list is why these files are here and not some prettier ones. You will find it among the printable illustrations, sorted next to everything that does roughly the same job.

How to use this file

  1. Download the set from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — brush sets arrive as .brushset for Procreate or .abr for Photoshop.
  2. Open the brush file on the iPad and it installs itself into a new set; in Photoshop, drag the .abr onto the canvas.
  3. Try every brush once on a scrap canvas and delete the ones you will not use — a bloated brush list slows you down more than it helps.
  4. Keep reference sheets at full size in a separate folder: downscaled references hide exactly the detail you needed them for.
