About VIKING ORNAMENT Vol.2 Svg Clip Art

VIKING ORNAMENT Vol.2 Svg Clip Art earned its place here for one reason: it is a straight answer to ancient, and straight answers are rarer in this file catalogue than you would think. Credit goes to Dziki Kraj. There are no reviews on it yet, so judge it by the preview and not by a score that does not exist. With 20 saves it has barely been seen, and that is neither a good nor a bad sign on a catalogue this size.

We would use it the way the listing hints — celtic — and that is also where we would start if you are trying it for the first time. If you plan to print it, look for the largest size the file supports — an illustration that is perfect on screen can be grainy on paper. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether ancient was the description or the aspiration.

Filed as clipart, european, illustration and knot. Tags are a rough instrument, but a consistent set like that usually means the file is what it claims. The same shelf also answers to printable, so widen the search there before giving up on it. On this site it lives on the Printable Illustrations shelf, so it also turns up for people browsing printable illustrations rather than searching for it by name. The wording people arrive with is doodle art, art sketches, sketchbook art inspiration, art drawings sketches and line art, and we would rather shelve for those requests than for how a thumbnail looks in a grid.

How to use this file

  1. Download the set from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — brush sets arrive as .brushset for Procreate or .abr for Photoshop.
  2. Open the brush file on the iPad and it installs itself into a new set; in Photoshop, drag the .abr onto the canvas.
  3. Try every brush once on a scrap canvas and delete the ones you will not use — a bloated brush list slows you down more than it helps.
  4. Keep reference sheets at full size in a separate folder: downscaled references hide exactly the detail you needed them for.
