About Vintage Car Front View. Classic Old Red
If american is what you came for, start here — Vintage Car Front View. Classic Old Red is the plainest reading of that request on the Textures and Effects shelf. The designer behind it is microvectorone. There are no reviews on it yet, so judge it by the preview and not by a score that does not exist. 2 saves mean nobody has tested it for you. We still think it holds up.
A texture is only as good as the resolution it is supplied at, so we check that it covers the canvas we work on before we start layering with it. We keep it filed mentally under antique, which is the use that needs the least adjusting afterwards. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether american was the description or the aspiration.
Search for auto, automobile, background and bumper and this is the file those words land on; they are all the same file, filed under whichever phrase you happened to type. On this site it lives on the Textures and Effects shelf, so it also turns up for people browsing textures and effects rather than searching for it by name. The searches that bring people to this shelf are action poses reference drawing, tattoo style drawings, paper airplane drawing, manga style drawing and paper boat drawing — this one sits in the middle of that group rather than off to the side of it. If none of this quite fits, the adjacent requests are texture, effect, action, overlay and style and they stay on this page.

How to use this file
- Download the set from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — brush sets arrive as .brushset for Procreate or .abr for Photoshop.
- Open the brush file on the iPad and it installs itself into a new set; in Photoshop, drag the .abr onto the canvas.
- Try every brush once on a scrap canvas and delete the ones you will not use — a bloated brush list slows you down more than it helps.
- Keep reference sheets at full size in a separate folder: downscaled references hide exactly the detail you needed them for.
