About Cute Octopus Kids Coloring Page

If animal is what you came for, start here — Cute Octopus Kids Coloring Page is the plainest reading of that request on the Line Art and References shelf. Unreviewed so far — read that as untested rather than as a verdict. The designer behind it is Forhadx5. It is quiet on saves so far, so take this as our opinion rather than the crowd's.

If you want one use for it, take aquarium: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. Reference line art is for practice, so we pick the sheets with clean, unbroken outlines; a sketchy reference teaches you somebody else's shaky hand. We check two things before any download like this: the preview at full size, and whether the licence covers what you plan to do with it.

Search for animals, aquatic, art and biology and this is the file those words land on; they are all the same file, filed under whichever phrase you happened to type. We filed it under Line Art and References for the obvious reason, and the shelf is small enough to read end to end. People after this usually search line art, outline, sketch, drawing and portrait too, and the shelf is sorted so those all land in the same place. Put next to the usual requests here — drawing ideas, sketch ideas, flower drawing, drawing reference and anime drawing — this one covers the plain version of the job, which is the version people need most often.

How to use this file

  1. Download the set from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — brush sets arrive as .brushset for Procreate or .abr for Photoshop.
  2. Open the brush file on the iPad and it installs itself into a new set; in Photoshop, drag the .abr onto the canvas.
  3. Try every brush once on a scrap canvas and delete the ones you will not use — a bloated brush list slows you down more than it helps.
  4. Keep reference sheets at full size in a separate folder: downscaled references hide exactly the detail you needed them for.
