About Cute Octopus Kids Coloring Page

The reason Cute Octopus Kids Coloring Page is here is animal and nothing else. It does not try to cover the next three jobs along, and we would rather it did not. Nobody has piled onto it yet, which means the only recommendation here is ours. Forhadx5 made it. Unreviewed so far — read that as untested rather than as a verdict.

Reference line art is for practice, so we pick the sheets with clean, unbroken outlines; a sketchy reference teaches you somebody else's shaky hand. Put it to work on aquarium first. If it survives that, it will survive whatever you had in mind next. One thing we always do and you should too: open the preview full size. A thumbnail hides exactly the detail that decides whether animal is really what you are getting.

It answers to animals, aquatic, art and biology, and that spread of wording is worth noting: a file tagged this consistently usually behaves the way the preview suggests. We filed it under Line Art and References for the obvious reason, and the shelf is small enough to read end to end. Related wording on the shelf: line art, outline, sketch, drawing and portrait. Same shelf, different phrasing, and the sort options above work across all of it. Most of the traffic on this shelf comes in on drawing ideas, sketch ideas, flower drawing, drawing reference and anime drawing, and we picked the files on it with those requests in mind rather than by browsing prettiest-first.

How to use this file

  1. Download the set from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — brush sets arrive as .brushset for Procreate or .abr for Photoshop.
  2. Open the brush file on the iPad and it installs itself into a new set; in Photoshop, drag the .abr onto the canvas.
  3. Try every brush once on a scrap canvas and delete the ones you will not use — a bloated brush list slows you down more than it helps.
  4. Keep reference sheets at full size in a separate folder: downscaled references hide exactly the detail you needed them for.
