About One-Line Cat Watching Hanging Yarn Ball

We put One-Line Cat Watching Hanging Yarn Ball on the Line Art and References shelf because adorable is the kind of thing people come here looking for, and this one answers it without a detour. T-Shirt Empire made it. The review tab is empty. That is normal here and not a warning, but it does put the preview in charge. The save count is still small at 3, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus.

Reference line art is for practice, so clean unbroken outlines matter; a sketchy reference teaches you somebody else's shaky hand. Put it to work on amusement first. If it survives that, it will survive whatever you had in mind next. The licence tab and the full-size preview are the whole of our due diligence here, and they take about a minute between them.

The words on the listing are animal, art, attention and ball, and they are worth reading as a description rather than as tags. The neighbouring searches are line art, outline, sketch, drawing and portrait — worth a look if this particular file is close but not quite it. Its home here is Line Art and References — open that shelf if you would rather compare a few before choosing. Most of the traffic on this shelf comes in on drawing ideas, sketch ideas, flower drawing, drawing reference and anime drawing, and we picked the files on it with those requests in mind rather than by browsing prettiest-first.

How to use this file

  1. Download the set from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — brush sets arrive as .brushset for Procreate or .abr for Photoshop.
  2. Open the brush file on the iPad and it installs itself into a new set; in Photoshop, drag the .abr onto the canvas.
  3. Try every brush once on a scrap canvas and delete the ones you will not use — a bloated brush list slows you down more than it helps.
  4. Keep reference sheets at full size in a separate folder: downscaled references hide exactly the detail you needed them for.
