About Ribbon Bow Coquette Frames

We put Ribbon Bow Coquette Frames on the Line Art and References shelf because border is the kind of thing people come here looking for, and this one answers it without a detour. No reviews either way, so the preview is doing all the work on this one. The save count is still small at 45, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus. NassyArt is the name on the listing.

We look for a sheet with several angles of the same subject rather than one perfect pose — practice needs the awkward views too. Our own plan for it is bow, because that is where this kind of file does the least arguing with you. The licence tab and the full-size preview are the whole of our due diligence here, and they take about a minute between them.

Filed as clipart, coquette frames, decorative and doily frame. Tags are a rough instrument, but a consistent set like that usually means the file is what it claims. We track what people actually type before they land here: drawing ideas, sketch ideas, flower drawing, drawing reference and anime drawing. If that is roughly what you were after, this file is in the right family. We filed it under Line Art and References for the obvious reason, and the shelf is small enough to read end to end. The same shelf also answers to line art, outline, sketch, drawing and portrait, so widen the search there before giving up on it.

How to use this file

  1. Download the set from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — brush sets arrive as .brushset for Procreate or .abr for Photoshop.
  2. Open the brush file on the iPad and it installs itself into a new set; in Photoshop, drag the .abr onto the canvas.
  3. Try every brush once on a scrap canvas and delete the ones you will not use — a bloated brush list slows you down more than it helps.
  4. Keep reference sheets at full size in a separate folder: downscaled references hide exactly the detail you needed them for.
