About Daily Visual Schedule for Kids

Daily Visual Schedule for Kids earned its place here for one reason: it is a straight answer to activities, and straight answers are rarer in this file catalogue than you would think. Only 28 people have saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's. STORYKIDS made it. No reviews either way, so the preview is doing all the work on this one.

Our own plan for it is classroom community, because that is where this kind of file does the least arguing with you. If you plan to print it, look for the largest size the file supports — an illustration that is perfect on screen can be grainy on paper. We check two things before any download like this: the preview at full size, and whether the licence covers what you plan to do with it.

Type classroom management, homeschool and printables into the search above and this one comes back — the same file under four different habits of phrasing. What this shelf gets asked for is doodle art, art sketches, sketchbook art inspiration, art drawings sketches and line art. That list is why these files are here and not some prettier ones. The neighbouring searches are illustration, clipart, clip art and art — worth a look if this particular file is close but not quite it. We keep it under Printable Illustrations, which is where to look if you want the rest of the printable illustrations we have gone through.

How to use this file

  1. Download the set from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — brush sets arrive as .brushset for Procreate or .abr for Photoshop.
  2. Open the brush file on the iPad and it installs itself into a new set; in Photoshop, drag the .abr onto the canvas.
  3. Try every brush once on a scrap canvas and delete the ones you will not use — a bloated brush list slows you down more than it helps.
  4. Keep reference sheets at full size in a separate folder: downscaled references hide exactly the detail you needed them for.
