About Logo, Kids Logo

If abstract is what you came for, start here — Logo, Kids Logo is the plainest reading of that request on the Printable Illustrations shelf. There are no reviews on it yet, so judge it by the preview and not by a score that does not exist. With 1 saves it has barely been seen, and that is neither a good nor a bad sign on a catalogue this size. The designer behind it is daisy things.

The obvious job for it is academic, and obvious is right here — the file was built around that and it shows. Check the colour mode and the DPI in the listing. Those two decide whether the print matches what you approved on the monitor. One thing we always do and you should too: open the preview full size. A thumbnail hides exactly the detail that decides whether abstract is really what you are getting.

It answers to art, baby, background and banner, and that spread of wording is worth noting: a file tagged this consistently usually behaves the way the preview suggests. The neighbouring searches are illustration, clipart, clip art and printable — worth a look if this particular file is close but not quite it. Its home here is Printable Illustrations — open that shelf if you would rather compare a few before choosing. The searches that bring people to this shelf are doodle art, art sketches, sketchbook art inspiration, art drawings sketches and line art — this one sits in the middle of that group rather than off to the side of it.

How to use this file

  1. Download the set from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — brush sets arrive as .brushset for Procreate or .abr for Photoshop.
  2. Open the brush file on the iPad and it installs itself into a new set; in Photoshop, drag the .abr onto the canvas.
  3. Try every brush once on a scrap canvas and delete the ones you will not use — a bloated brush list slows you down more than it helps.
  4. Keep reference sheets at full size in a separate folder: downscaled references hide exactly the detail you needed them for.
